Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Luggage Services
- Every day before 2 PM Hong Kong time, confirm your order with the “eBackHome” customer service, and you can pick up your items the next day at the earliest. Even if the customer has left Japan, as long as the luggage is left at the hotel front desk and instructed for the staff to hand over to the courier, “eBackHome” will handle the subsequent arrangements.
- Please ensure the hotel has a front desk and is able to keep your luggage until the courier picks it up the next day.
- After placing your order via Klook, please WhatsApp customer service at 91435648 to confirm. Simply leave your luggage at the hotel front desk.
- Customers may use a suitcase to ship goods or prepare their own luggage bags/boxes and pack the items. Goods will be collected by the third-party courier Sagawa and delivered to the SF Express warehouse in Osaka. Upon arrival at the warehouse:
- If customers choose to use an SF Express box, the merchant will repack the goods into a standard SF Express box for shipping.
- If customers choose to use a suitcase, to ensure the suitcase's integrity, the merchant will wrap it with three layers of bubble wrap for protection. The final shipping fee will be calculated based on the total dimensions (sum of three sides) of the packaged item.
- *To ensure adequate protection of the goods, all self-provided boxes or luggage bags (including Sagawa boxes) must be repacked into standard SF Express boxes at the warehouse before shipping.
- If the size/weight of the packed box or suitcase exceeds what you purchased, you’ll need to pay the price difference before shipment. (Customer service will notify you via WhatsApp.)
- Before using the service, please fill out the reservation form here: https://www.ebackhome.com/hotel and confirm your booking with customer service by 2:00 pm one business day in advance, providing your Klook order number.
- After ordering, you’ll need to fill out an item list for customs clearance. You may contact customer service on WhatsApp in advance for more details.

Additional information
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- Customers may use their own sealed zip-lock luggage bags, which can be purchased at 100-yen stores or Donki in Japan. After the goods arrive at the warehouse, the luggage bag will be placed inside a standard SF Express box for shipping.
- Currently, we only provide packaging bags delivered to hotels for customer use. This service requires a reservation at least three working days in advance. An expedited delivery option via Yamato Transport is available for an additional fee.
- Customers can visit our Asakusa service point, where packaging bags are available. Goods sent back to the warehouse will be repacked into standard SF Express boxes for shipping
- A new luggage storage service is available at our Osaka warehouse. Customers can bring their luggage directly to the warehouse for shipping or hand it over to staff for packing. On-site repacking services depend on staff availability and are not guaranteed to be completed immediately. Customers may leave their luggage at the warehouse, and staff will inspect and process it afterward.

- Boxes can also be purchased at post offices or Yamato Transport (Takkyubin).
- Customers can try requesting boxes from hotels, convenience stores, or Donki, as these locations typically provide them. You can show the following Japanese text to the staff: すみません。 宅配便を使いたいですが、 現在段ボールを持っておりませんので、 もし余っている段ボールがあれば、1-2個いただけますでしょうか。 宜しくお願い致します。
