If guests do not arrive on time due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for the full loss.
• Guests are requested to arrive at the designated location at the specified time as required. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• In the morning, we will pick you up from various hotels and take you to the meeting point (the earliest pick-up time is 7:00 AM; the pick-up time varies depending on the distance of the hotel, please refer to the time notified by the tour guide; some small alleys or pedestrian-only streets are inaccessible to vehicles, so you will need to walk to a nearby convenient parking spot to board the vehicle); board the vehicle at a nearby meeting point (7:30 AM at Exit C of Lijinmen Subway Station in the old city; 7:50 AM at 7 Days Inn near Luoyang Railway Station in Xigong District; 8:00 AM at Exit A of Jiefang Road Subway Station on Zhongzhou Road; 8:30 AM at the North Gate of Maternal and Child Health Hospital near Luolong District High-Speed Rail Station).
• Martial arts performances can be watched at your convenience (no refunds for fees); regular martial arts performance times: 4 shows daily, at 10:30, 11:30, 15:00, and 16:30; the scenic area will adjust performance times and schedules according to the season or venue.
