- Each person can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Needs" section when placing an order! If you do not note that temporary arrangements are required or the excess part is required, you will need to pay 2,000 yen/piece! If you are not informed in advance, temporary carrying will cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests from boarding the bus! And the fee is non-refundable!
- The operator will send an email with travel information one day before the trip, including: pick-up time, tour guide, license plate, etc. Please check your emails, which may be in the spam box; if you encounter multiple emails, please refer to the latest one! It is recommended to add the tour guide's account in the email! Please do not be late at the meeting place or scenic spot. You will not be able to wait and refund after the time is up. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after being late. Please note!
- In case of force majeure such as traffic jams and weather, please understand! Our company does not bear any subsequent costs caused by delays due to traffic jams.
- The minimum number of participants is 6. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
- If there are holidays or serious traffic jams, the attractions will be adjusted or deleted appropriately.
