- Visit both Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka in one go, capturing "Reflected Fuji" from different angles, and if you're lucky, you might even encounter dreamy morning mist!
- The blue hippopotamus-shaped KABA bus is ridiculously cute, a delight for kids and photo enthusiasts alike.
- Enjoy unobstructed 360° views of Mount Fuji; every snapshot is postcard-worthy.
- Watch flocks of swans leisurely swim by; feed them up close and take photos. The Japanese drama atmosphere is off the charts.
Good to know
Traffic congestion is expected during peak travel seasons in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Bon Festival from August 13th to 16th). Some attractions may also close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. We recommend not booking dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets for the same day and suggest bringing light snacks and a portable charger. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- We will contact you via email by 18:00 (6:00 PM) the day before your tour to provide information about the guide and vehicle for the following day. Please check your email promptly. During peak season, there may be delays. If you have not received the information, please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.
- Please note that Japanese law restricts vehicle usage to a maximum of 10 hours. Therefore, the guide may shorten the itinerary depending on the actual conditions of the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that as this is a shared tour, other guests who speak different languages may be traveling in the same vehicle. We appreciate your understanding.
- To ensure a smooth departure, please confirm the meeting location and avoid making last-minute changes. If you miss the departure due to a change in meeting location for personal reasons, we will be unable to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the remarks section, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement will be at the discretion of the guide on the day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times without prior notice, or even cancel some attractions and shows.
- This product may be adjusted due to weather conditions and other factors. For your safety, staff may request that guests discontinue outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The actual situation on the day will prevail.
- Transportation, tour, and stop times mentioned in the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather conditions), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions visited.
- We will arrange different types of vehicles depending on the actual number of participants. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested.
- It is not possible to leave the tour early or travel independently during the group tour. If you choose to leave the tour midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. No refunds will be given if the flowers or special events do not meet expectations. Thank you for your understanding. Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the itinerary. We recommend purchasing your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please consider your health condition carefully before registering. If the tour is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs. Traffic is often heavy and attractions may close early during peak travel times on Japanese red calendar days and weekends. We recommend not booking flights, Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets, or dinner for the same evening, and bringing your own light snacks and portable charger.
