• Travel during peak seasons in Japan, especially on weekends and holidays (around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), is prone to traffic jams, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on the actual situation. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and to bring snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Please note that if there is traffic congestion or other emergencies on the day, the tour guide will reasonably adjust the itinerary and visiting time of the day.
• If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. The luggage fee is JPY2000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or tour guide on the day.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) whether to cancel the tour, and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).

• Our company is not responsible for any inability to participate in the tour or poor quality of photos due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, and refunds or rescheduling are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

• The company will not provide refunds for any travelers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time and do not be late. Because this itinerary cannot be changed to other flights or participated in midway, if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Tickets are required for children, the price is the same as for adults, and it needs to be noted.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people are traveling, a driver will be arranged to provide full tour service, and no additional leader will be dispatched. Please be aware.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers, and the itinerary will not be terminated or refunded as a result. Please be aware.
• During the flower season, there will be a large number of people, and there is a possibility of serious traffic jams. It is recommended to bring your own snacks.
• The flowering period will be slightly earlier or later depending on the weather conditions. After the itinerary is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering situation. Please be aware.
