- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 3 days prior to the scheduled date: 50% refund
- Cancellation 1 day prior to the scheduled date: 30% refund
- Cancellation on the day of use: No refund / Non-refundable
- In the event that operations are impossible due to natural disasters or severe weather conditions (such as high waves, heavy rain, strong winds, etc.), a full refund will be issued. (Please note that tours operate normally in the event of regular/light rain).

A Klook confirmation secures your reservation, but your exact boarding time is finalized by our on-site yacht operator. In rare cases, you may receive a separate email about a schedule change.
Please check your email for this confirmation before arriving at the venue. Without it, boarding on the original time slot may not always be possible, and we're unable to take responsibility for missed boarding in that case.
Arrival Time Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please bring your passport or valid ID.
Life Jackets Life jackets must be worn while on board in accordance with safety regulations.
Late Arrival / No-Show Please arrive on time. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Day-of-Tour Instructions Our staff may contact you on the day of your tour by phone, text message, or other means with additional boarding instructions. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and that you are available to receive our messages or calls. Failure to receive or respond to the instructions, or failure to arrive at the meeting point on time, may be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

we arrived just 5mins b4 our departed time but thankfully they accepted us and ahd a great tour and a glimose of the sunset under gwangali..enjoyed it very much with free polariod photos as well.
The yacht was new, and the captain was an excellent driver. The crew interacted wonderfully with the guests, and they even helped us take photos near Gwangandaegyo Bridge, giving us the pictures as souvenirs when we disembarked. The night view of Gwangandaegyo Bridge was truly beautiful with the good weather. At the end, three boats gathered to set off fireworks, creating a fantastic atmosphere! This trip is truly worth taking.
We watched the drone show, enjoyed the beautiful night scenery, and the kids were very happy setting off fireworks.
we loved the captain and staff. we were sitting at the right spot and the right time because he took great care of us, making sure we had great photo opportunities. he seemed like he really enjoyed his job and was so happy. made me want to ve like him. the staff made sure we had life jackets on and offered to take the photos too. I just loved them especially the captain. please make sure he hears the compliments. the fireworks were also a nice surprise. so glad the other place canceled my booking so I can book with you instead. it was a blessing.
If you're visiting Busan, I highly recommend the 7:30 PM yacht tour on a Saturday! It's definitely worth the price! 👍👍👍 The atmosphere is great, the view is beautiful, and there are spectacular fireworks and drone shows. ✨️😍👌 You really can't miss it! 😄
Muscular Korean men launched fireworks for us. All the crew members were well-built, which made us feel very safe. They took our picture and printed it, and since there were two of us, they gave us two copies! They also gave us a single artificial rose, which was lovely 🌹
Very nice short cruise with a magnificent view of the Busan skyline! The staff was adorable with a photo session and a small pyrotechnic show. We did it at sunset, I recommend it!

1. The staff did not speak English and could not communicate effectively, resulting in unclear or non-provided services (developing photos). 2. I already had a purchase receipt, but they kept asking me to provide proof of credit card deduction, wasting more than 20 minutes. 3. The staff took away the life jackets while the yacht was still sailing on the sea on the return trip, which is a very serious safety issue.
