- To ensure a pleasant travel experience, we offer flexible vehicle arrangements based on the number of passengers and luggage requirements: For groups of 1-3 people, a 5-seater sedan is typically arranged (e.g., Volkswagen Passat, Toyota Camry, etc.). These vehicles offer ample space and agile handling, making them ideal for city streets and short trips. For groups of 4-5 people, a 7-seater van is generally arranged (e.g., Buick GL8, etc.). Independent seats and ample legroom enhance comfort for medium- and long-distance travel. For groups of 10 or more, we will match a suitable bus according to the number of people (e.g., 19-seater minibus, 33-seater bus, etc.) and provide a professional driver to ensure safety. If you have a lot of luggage or would like to upgrade to a more spacious vehicle, you can contact customer service after placing your order. We will recommend a larger vehicle based on the actual situation (e.g., upgrading to a 7-seater vehicle for a group of 1-3 people). You only need to pay the difference to upgrade the service. - Pick-up and drop-off service area: We provide free pick-up and drop-off services for customers within Suzhou’s main urban area. If you need to travel outside of these areas, there will be an additional charge, the specific amount of which will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after the order is confirmed.
- Schedule: Standard departure is around 8:00 AM. The trip generally ends around 5:00 PM, with drop-off back at your hotel. However, your needs are the most important, and times are flexible. You can negotiate the best departure time with customer service after booking. During peak holidays, we recommend departing early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more pleasant trip.
