London British Museum with Chinese-Guided Tour

I rarely write reviews, but this deserves a huge thumbs-up, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends. They created a group chat a day in advance, booked tickets for us for free, and provided detailed meeting information. The customer service was also very enthusiastic. On the day of the tour, our guide was Mr. Zhang Hong, who was incredibly professional. He eloquently explained the history and culture, clearly demonstrating his extensive knowledge. Everyone received Bluetooth headsets, and he delivered high-energy commentary throughout, while also being attentive to our reactions and encouraging a lot of interaction. The two hours flew by, and we saw many of the museum's most treasured exhibits. Next time, I'll book the four-hour tour. Thank you, Mr. Zhang Hong! ❤️

Although the tour was only about 2.5 hours, it allowed my family, friends, and me to understand that it wasn't just cold, written descriptions. Group Size: Although the maximum group size was stated as 25 people, we were very fortunate to be a group of only 5, which essentially made it a private tour, haha! Thank you! Even for small questions she couldn't answer on the spot, Agnes was very thoughtful; after the tour, she replied to my questions on WeChat. She's incredibly kind!

I joined a guided tour of the British Museum today, and it was truly rewarding! I was especially happy that they offered a Cantonese explanation, which felt particularly welcoming. The whole process not only increased my knowledge but was also very interesting. The guide was professional and engaging, taking us from ancient Egypt to Assyrian civilization, then to Greek mythology and Chinese Buddhist statues, explaining the historical stories behind the exhibits as we went. Pieces like the Greek stone lion, the realistic Liao Dynasty Luohan statue, the majestic Assyrian guardian deities, and the spiritually infused Egyptian cat statues, all came to life under the teacher's explanation. History became vivid, no longer just cold relics. I am very satisfied with teacher Agnes and sincerely recommend her! If you come to the British Museum, I highly suggest booking a tour and following teacher Agnes's guidance. It will definitely provide a better experience than wandering around blindly on your own.

our tour guide was great. she brought us around the museum as best as she could, explaining to us which exhibits we could view on our own. 2 hours flew by too quickly! she navigated us around the museum in the most efficient way, despite the holiday crowd. in-depth explanations and making connections to several Chinese cultural knowledge was a bonus as well!

This small group tour was fantastic. There were four of us, and our guide, Xiaozhang, is a museum studies student at UCL.
