• Airport Pickup Instructions: We provide airport pick-up service. Please send the flight time to the butler in advance.
• Instructions for leaving the group: You cannot leave early or leave the group midway during the group trip. If you choose to leave early or leave the group midway, the unfinished part of the trip will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and no refund will be given. If any accident occurs after leaving or leaving the group, all responsibilities and losses shall be borne by yourself.
• Accommodation Instructions: If you do not check in at the designated hotel during the trip, you cannot get a discount or refund, and other accommodation expenses shall be borne by you. If the hotel is full or requisitioned due to force majeure, our company has the right to adjust, please be aware; hotel resources are tight during holidays. If there are not enough hotel rooms, our customer service will inform you in advance and adjust to other room types or hotels of the same level, please be aware.
• Gathering place: Line A and Line B are both in Urumqi. The whole day of the group day is the gathering day, and there are no group activities.
• Disbandment: Line A will be disbanded in Yining. Friends who have tickets to Urumqi the next day have two options to return to Urumqi: Option 1: You can take a car back to Urumqi for free (register 7 days in advance, temporary arrangements may not be made), and you have to pay for your own meals. The journey is about 8 hours, so please be mentally prepared; if you cannot reach Urumqi due to weather, traffic jams, traffic control and other force majeure factors, the travel agency will not bear the additional costs; Option 2: You can choose to return to Urumqi by train, which takes about 5 hours. Please calculate the time and purchase the train ticket at your own expense according to the situation. Line B will be disbanded in Urumqi; around 20:00 Beijing time, traffic jams and road closures may not be ruled out. It is recommended to purchase a return flight on the next day, excluding airport drop-off.
• The age range for this product is: 6-65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to join the group; for other age groups, please consult customer service now.
• Number of people in a group: A minimum of 2 people can form an independent group, and the minimum number of registered people is 2 people.
• Special Tips: Due to local conditions and environmental constraints, some areas in Xinjiang are relatively backward, and hotel hardware and supporting facilities cannot be compared with first- and second-tier cities. We try to choose the best hotels for accommodation.
• Disbandment Notes: Accommodation on the night of the disbandment is not included, please be aware.
• Others: If you encounter traffic control, you need to flexibly adjust or delay your arrival at some attractions, please be aware.
