Additional Information:

  • Please note: When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional car in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
  • Child seats are available upon request for children 109cm and below in height or children aged 0-4 only. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before your scheduled pick up
  • This transfer's vehicles are wheelchair-friendly
  • The driver can speak basic English only
  • Please indicate the number of passengers at checkout

How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

Hotel Pick Up Information:

  • Location: Hotels in Bangkok
  • Please indicate your hotel address and preferred pick up time upon checkout
  • After booking, the operator will be in contact with you to reconfirm the pick up time
  • Please be at the pick up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
  • The driver will wait for you up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or Klook customer service to inform them of the delay

Surcharges:

Extra Waiting Time
  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB100 per 30 minutes past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
Child Seats
  • One child seat can be provided for free, thereafter there will be an additional surcharge of THB200 per child seat, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
  • Please indicate the number of child seats needed in the space provided at checkout. Kindly note that child seats are not mandatory under Thailand law
Extra Stops
  • Any additional stops will incur an additional surcharge of THB200 per hour, to be in cash (THB) directly to the driver
Outside Free Pick Up Area
  • For pick up areas outside Bangkok free pick up area, an addtional surcharge of THB200-THB300 will apply, depending on the distance (as below Bangkok Pick Up Area). The operator will inform the surcharge amount in advance, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver

Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 48 hours prior to the pick up date
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals
