The ticket exchange point is right across from the Novotel hotel, a red kiosk, easy to find. On the bus, there was a guide who spoke excellent English, was kind, and friendly. The guide explained the next destination. In total, I visited 6 places.

perfect way to see a lot of nha Trang if your here for a short time! The staff were really helpful letting you know what time the next buses were coming, and what stops you want to go to to help plan your route! definitely recommend

The entire itinerary was well-planned; only the weather was hot. But the drivers were great, they picked us up from the site on time. I recommend it!

It does what it described. The tour bus drives around the city and many of the tourist attractions, some of those you can take pictures from the bus. you can your ticket at the booth or on the bus and bus attendant will provide you with a ticket with QR code that steps your first time getting on the bus and you use that ticket to get on the next one. The bus attendant will let you know when the next bus will come and it might be on time or a bit late. The bus comes every 40-45 minutes on each stop so you have plenty of time on each attractions.

Easy to redeem with the QR code. I boarded at the stop opposite Novotel and alighted at Hon Chong, followed by another stop at Po Nagar Tower. There’s 45 minutes interval for the next bus. The guide in the bus will inform you the exact timings.

It's convenient and good value for money. You can visit many places in 4 hours. The vehicle arrived on time. The staff will inform you when the next one will arrive and ask if you want to get off at the next stop. It's comfortable for smaller people, but taller people with long legs might find it a bit cramped.

I applied for the 4-hour city tour and used it efficiently by the hour. The staff provided good guidance, and I had enough time to look around, drink tea in between, and I think I spent it perfectly, so I liked it. I appreciate that the staff treated me with sincerity. I only used the city tour without applying for a separate private tour, but I think that alone is good enough.
