Capri Island and Blue Grotto tour from Naples

This trip to the Blue Cave was a great experience! The tour guide was very professional and attentive, and was very respectful to every member of the group. He was able to quickly and flexibly adjust the itinerary to suit everyone's preferences, making the whole process very smooth. We were also very lucky that the weather and time were just right. We successfully entered the Blue Cave and saw the dreamy blue light with our own eyes. It was really unforgettable. Highly recommended to travelers who want to visit Capri!

The tour guide was fine, but the biggest problem with this itinerary is that going to the Blue Island depends on the weather. The day I joined the tour, the weather was great, but the waves were too big, so we couldn't go in. The Blue Grotto tour was canceled, and we were forced to take a boat tour around the island, with no refund. Klook didn't mention any of this. For such an expensive price, in the end, we only got a boat trip and round-trip ferry tickets to Naples. The transportation on the island wasn't a private car either. The tour guide just arranged a bus, and each time we got on a different bus. From the pier to the cable car, you have to pay for the cable car to the top of the mountain yourself, which is 14 euros per person. Then, we took another bus to a place for a walk. Finally, we were taken back to the pier. It's totally not worth the price, so please don't sign up for this tour.

I showed up at the meeting place 20 minutes before the scheduled time, but the guide didn't show up. I kept looking for Pink Umbrella and kept asking other guide teams, but the guide didn't show up even after the scheduled time. Our family's Capri Island travel plan that day was ruined. I sent a refund and complaint email to the Klook staff, but there was no proper follow-up action, such as cancellation of payment. This is the worst tour.

It's unreasonable to not offer a partial refund if the Blue Grotto is inaccessible (specifically, if small boats can't enter).
