Hanoi - Sapa Bus by Sapa Express

Very good experience overall with Sapa Express! First, we had a few hours to kill in Hanoi before catching the bus to Sapa and we were able to leave our luggage at their office, which was very much appreciated. The bus was very clean and the staff was kind and polite. We made several stops during the night to use the restroom and get some move in, it was perfect as I tend to be the kind of person who needs several stops savohaha. There was wifi in the bus but unfortunately sometimes it didn’t work well (probably because of low network connection on the road), and also the USB-C on the charging pannel of the TV screen didn’t work (USB-A was working fine Thankfully). The AC was also working fine and it’s a savior as it can get hot very quickly in the cabin. The bed itself is quite hard, but I didn’t expect anything else as it’s a bus and therfore doesn’t have a real mattress. The overall experience was good and I recommend this transportation option !

Highly recommend traveling with Sapa Express! They’re very polite and attentive. You can’t get into the bus wearing shoes, which displays how clean it is. the pillow and the blanket were smelling good. the driver was very skillful and careful. we had two stops (for dinner and using the restroom, to use the restroom I paid 3.000dong which is fine because everything is very clean). I was able to get some sleep and when we arrived in Sapa, the driver let us sleep a bit more because it was early in the morning. Worth every penny!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the most comfortable bus ride ever! This was such an amazing experience traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. The bus was extremely comfortable, clean, and smelled fresh. The seats were so soft and cozy—it honestly felt like sleeping in a hotel bed 😭✨ Even though the journey was long, it felt effortless. I slept so well the entire way and woke up feeling refreshed when we arrived. The driver was very professional with smooth driving, which made the trip feel safe and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and well-organized from start to finish. Snacks, drinking water, and great facilities were provided, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. 1000% worth it. I would definitely choose this bus again for my next trip to Sapa or Hanoi. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and stress-free journey!

We had a great trip from Hanoi to Sa Pa on the sleeper bus. The bus was nice and clean and I appreciate that everyone had to take their shoes off at the door to contribute to keeping it clean. Only issue I had was I was unable to connect to the wifi but I didn’t ask for help so it was probably something simple!

I had a comfortable and smooth journey from Sapa to Hanoi Airport. In particular, there was a female attendant who rode with us. She provided guidance at various stops along the way, helped manage our luggage, and handled seat assignments smoothly. I had originally planned to use the HK bus, but it was fully booked, so I booked this bus as an alternative, and I was very satisfied. I will likely use this service again when I visit other destinations in Vietnam.

Had a really good journey. bus was clean and although bumpy at times, I still managed to get some intermittent periods of good sleep. reached Sapa just in time for the sunrise too. pick up was delayed and I wish it had been communicated but once I boarded, no more complaints. highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Sapa Express. The bus was clean, modern, and comfortable. The driver was punctual and skilled. Although certain parts of the road were rough due to local conditions, the driver and crew did their best to minimise any discomfort. Their professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction left a good impression. Overall, the service was of a high standard and made the journey reassuring. I would recommend Sapa Express to anyone travelling between Sapa and Hanoi.

The bus depart on time. It was quite a comfortable ride.There were only 6 of us on this bus. We made 2 stops for toilet break. However there was no communication on the duration. Overall still a pleasant ride. Highly recommended.

Comfortable seats. There are only 8 seats on the bus. Compared to the price, it is very convenient and good. Pick up from Hanoi airport and drop off at the hotel in Sapa. There were 2 bathroom breaks.
