Due to its particularity, waiting may be caused by specific flights, weather, road conditions, train times and different departure times, accommodation hotels, and the connection of tourists on different itineraries. The agreed time in the itinerary is an estimate, and there may be some errors in reality. The tourist shall bear any personal property itinerary losses caused by any public transportation; if the tourist is unable to travel due to reasons not caused by our company, our company shall charge the expenses incurred and the business reservation losses. If a replacement is required, a separate contract shall be signed; no refunds will be given for cancellations after departure; if the tourist's itinerary changes due to reasons not caused by our company, our company will not compensate for the reduced part, and the increased expenses shall be borne by the tourist.
- Before traveling, please understand the weather and geographical conditions of the destination in advance, and please prepare commonly used items for keeping warm, cooling down, sun protection, rain protection, and common medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety when getting on and off the bus, while driving, in the hotel, in the scenic area, and at the dining point; smoking is prohibited in the scenic area, please take care of public environmental hygiene.
- During the trip, there will be rest stops and toilets provided along the way. Please pay for your own small change. Including rest after meals, hotel rest, and free activities specified in the itinerary are all free activity time. During this period, the tourist is responsible for his/her own property and personal safety. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate Chinese laws.
- Each scenic spot and each stop along the way has tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, Dharma circulation offices, local specialties, and small shops selling various items. These are not services provided by our company, especially those sold by private vendors, which are not within our control. If you do not want to buy, please do not bargain; if you are interested, please identify them yourself. If you purchase them, it is your personal behavior and any consequences shall be borne by the tourist.
- If standard errors are caused due to special reasons, compensation and refunds will be made according to the actual situation in accordance with the "Tourism Law"; due to special circumstances during the tourism process, our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the tourism itinerary without reducing the tour of tourist attractions.
- If the tourist's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that cannot be avoided even if the travel agency or the performing assistant has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care, our company will refund the expenses not incurred; if a stay is caused, our company will assist in the arrangement, and the resulting additional expenses shall be borne by the tourist.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without consultation shall be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist, and the uncompleted part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver. Our company will not refund the fees and will not bear the additional expenses incurred by the tourist. Normal project refunds (tickets, accommodation) are based on our company's discounted price and are not based on the list price. The guest shall bear all consequences of unauthorized departure from the group;
- Our company will monitor the quality of the team at any time. Please understand the limitations of the group tour for individual travelers and communicate with our company in a timely manner about team quality issues so that we can assist in solving them in a timely manner.
