-* Traffic congestion is expected during weekends and holidays in Japan (especially around the Bon Festival from August 13th to 16th), and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. We recommend not booking dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and bringing light snacks and portable chargers.

• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but since this is a shared tour, seating is mainly on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
• Please be aware that since this is a group tour, guests of other languages may be traveling with you in the same vehicle. We appreciate your understanding.
• The tour will be canceled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required, and a cancellation email will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, the decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for circumstances such as inability to join the tour due to traffic or weather, or poor quality of scenery for photos due to uncontrollable factors. Refunds or rescheduling are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tour schedules and duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or facility maintenance. Please inform those concerned.
• If it is not possible to reach Mt. Fuji 5th Station due to bad weather or traffic, the itinerary will be changed to Arakurayama Sengen Park. Thank you for your understanding.
• The company will not provide any refunds if passengers abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be changed to another route or joined midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• If children under 3 years old need a seat, please purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and make a note.
• Free participation for children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat requires a note; if there is no note, it cannot be arranged.
• Vehicle type: Vehicle will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people participate in the tour, the driver will also serve as the attendant to provide full tour service. No tour leader will be assigned separately.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there is a possibility of heavy traffic due to large crowds, so it is recommended to bring your own light snacks.
• The flower viewing period or autumn foliage viewing period may be slightly earlier or later due to weather conditions. After the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage conditions.

* Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.

* If the itinerary is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for the return or additional accommodation costs.
