- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seat allocation is mainly based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. - In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may adjust the operating hours of amusement facilities or the performance schedule without prior notice, or even cancel the operation and performance of some projects. Thank you for your understanding.

- During group tours, it is not possible to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed as voluntarily abandoned, and no refund will be given. - Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering periods, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notification. If no official notification is received to cancel the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special activities cannot meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.
