Very Good. Food was tasty and even though I was late to collect the bento due to being in the wrong station at the time. They still allowed us to collect our boxes for later consumption.
The instructions provided by Klook was clear to pick up the bento and board the Shinkansen. The charcoal grilled beef ribs bento tasted great while enjoying the view 😆
After booking the Shinkansen, I received a complimentary bento box worth around JPY 1,400. The redemption point was conveniently located and clearly marked. Just follow the signs to redeem it. If you can't find it, just ask the staff; they are very friendly and happy to help!
Easy to find the place to collect the bento. But the collection is one by one, not one for the 5 sets i ordered. This is contrary to what was stated in the listing. The food was okay, not fantastic. Turned cold fast.
The bento box tasted pretty good. The eel rice could be self-heated, and it was easy to redeem. The staff was very enthusiastic. Enjoying an Ekiben (train station bento) while riding the Shinkansen (bullet train) really adds to the experience.
