Yunnan Shangri-La Tiger Leaping Gorge Baishuitai Day Tour

My friend and I were very satisfied with the itinerary arrangement, which was a very good experience. A friend could not join the tour temporarily. After the company knew about it, they upgraded us from a scattered group to a small independent group and arranged a 5-seater car to pick us up. The lunch was also very good, very delicious hometown food, but the portion was too much, which was a bit wasteful.

Fortunately, we were upgraded to a private tour for 2 people. The driver took us to Tiger Leaping Gorge safely and smoothly. We saw the magnificence of the Jinsha River Canyon, prayed to the sacred stone in the surging river, and felt the hardships of the Ancient Tea-Horse Road as explained by the tour guide. It was a worthwhile trip.

The driver, Mr. Ma (GeDan), was awesome! He went the extra mile to help me (I have mobility difficulty) and was patient. He was knowledgeable and totally trustworth. This was not a guided tour but Mr Ma (GeDan) gives clear instructions. He was always waiting at out meeting places The tour supplier was efficient and keeps us updated in a timely manner. All in all, we are very satisfied withyhe tour and services rendered.

I went with my parents on a general reservation, but they upgraded me to a private one, and the driver, Ali, was the best driver! Next time, I want to apply for the Shangri-La tour again. Thank you so much Tam for being so helpful. See you again.

we had a whole car to ourselves! and the car was clean. but would only recommend this activity if you’re short of time and is not going to Shangri-La.

We booked a group tour, but were unexpectedly upgraded to a small group of three, in a comfortable five-seater vehicle. The staff member, Tam, was very responsible. The prior communication and the arranged pick-up location and time were also suitable for us. The night before, Tam even sent me a photo of the vehicle for easy identification. The driver/guide was responsible. We paid extra to use the automatic elevator, which saved us energy and time, and was definitely worth the money. The lunch portion was sufficient (five dishes and a soup, with meat and vegetables). We even had a lot left over! Overall, this Tiger Leaping Gorge tour was a very good experience.

The gorge was an amazing experience. The driver was very friendly and we had a great day. As soon as you are in the car you don't have to worry about anything else.

Master Zhaxi provided excellent and responsible service. His driving was very steady, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire trip. The itinerary was well-planned. I'll definitely come again! 🫡👍🏻
