[Ticket Information]
- One ticket per person, admission by ticket, and cannot be reused. When entering, you need to show the QR Code of the electronic ticket for this event, and the staff will verify that it is correct before you can enter. Please confirm the status of your mobile phone in advance to avoid affecting your admission rights.
- This electronic ticket is regarded as an unregistered bearer security. The QR Code for admission verification can only be used once. Once it is verified, it will be invalid. Please keep it properly.
- Each ticket can only be used once.
- For ticket refunds, please go to the original ticket purchase channel. Late applications will not be accepted. For ticket refunds, please contact Klook customer service.
- Those who are eligible for free tickets, please take the initiative to show your documents to the service staff for verification before entering the venue. If you do not meet the qualifications, please purchase tickets according to your identity; those who meet the preferential identity (discount tickets, love tickets) cannot request a partial refund or subsidy for the ticket difference after entering the venue with the ticket.
- In order for the service staff to be able to clearly identify, please have the necessary companions of the physically and mentally handicapped persons follow the physically and mentally handicapped persons into the venue.
[Admission Information]
- Please keep your personal belongings by yourself. The organizer does not provide consignment services. Strollers and large luggage need to be placed outside the exhibition hall according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
- This exhibition prohibits全程錄影錄音 (all-the-way video and audio recording), and it is not allowed to use flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers, but please respect the intellectual property rights of the organizer and the copyright of the works. Without prior permission, commercial photos or interviews may not be taken without permission.
- Please abide by the visiting route, exhibition hall rules and on-site staff instructions. If there are a large number of people, please queue up and wait in order.
- Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition hall.
- There are no restrooms and trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the park facilities outside the exhibition hall before entering the venue.
- It is forbidden to peddle or resell tickets on site at the exhibition; if there is any improper behavior that is not effective after being dissuaded, you must leave the venue immediately and there shall be no objection, and the ticket fee will not be compensated or refunded.
- Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas and various dangerous and prohibited items are not allowed in the exhibition hall.
- There are fixed-point staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearby staff for assistance.
- If there are any changes to the exhibition opening hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official FB announcement. If the above matters are not complete, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
