the whole experience is good. the spa therapist is wonderful. I think it’s worth l. however, during shower time there was not enough hot water. or the hot water is not steady at all. I stopped 3 times for a shower. it ruins my whole experience.

The facility has a very stylish and sophisticated atmosphere, which is wonderful. The therapists are highly skilled and the hospitality is good. The staff are always smiling, kind, and comforting. I don't think you can get this quality for this price in Japan. Highly recommended.
