• Park Facility Closure: Facilities may close due to weather, festivals, or maintenance; no same-day refunds
• Insurance is not included in this trip. You are suggested to purchase traveler insurance in advance
• Ski Resort do not provide any toothbrush, toothpaste please take note and self arrange if require
• Goggles & Helmets are available for rental on site. Socks & Neck Warmers are available for purchase on site. (optional, extra charge)

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 14 day(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
