Elysian Ski Pass, Snow Hill Ticket

Power outage of the Ski resort ruins our day. Ski lifts are not available and lockers weren't usable as only E-payment is accepted. However no electricity means lockers can't process E-payment. It's NOT the agent's fault but the ski resort. Agent and klook CS are very helpful and refund was issued successfully

We booked a 8hours ticket with ski gear and clothes rental. it was so convenient. the klook booth was easy to spot and get our ticket. Their staff was accommodating and can speak English. We would do this again. We also enjoyed their free hot chocolate!

The chanllenge house redemption area is across the parking lot. It is a bit far from the main sled area and the sled entrance seem like they don’t know where to suggest us to redeem. please let all of the ticketing know where they can advise customers to redeem.

I had the best time in Elysian. It was super easy to find the booth to claim the pass and claim stubs for equipment and clothing. Clothing and equipment is conviently claimed inside the resort. It was super fun and I’m coming back!

bit tricky to navigate everything at the beginning, especially if you're like me and never skiid before 😅😅😅 ended up feeling like a pro at the end of the day 💪

We received the equipment and skypass instantly at the Klokk trailer parking lot. Everything worked perfectly.

If you buy tickets on site, you can play early, from 9:00 to 12:00, but if you book a ticket, you can only redeem the ticket at the Challenge House at 9:30. If you live in a hotel, you still need to walk to the Challenge House at the entrance of the parking lot. We went to 8: At 9:30, the challenge house was not open yet, so I played in the snow in front and waited. At 9:30, the service staff didn't know where to go, and they still didn't come at 10:00, so I had to ask for help from the online customer service. At 10:06, the service staff came and still I was playing on my phone while not being served. I got my ticket and walked back to enter the venue. It was already 10:15, and I was cleared out by the staff after less than three hours of playing. It is recommended to experience the sledding area, or it is more convenient to buy tickets on site

easy to redeem with dedicated Klook lounge. need to go to different stations to exchange clothes, ski boots and gear

Two very cute young ladies provided very friendly service. Skiing here is a great value for the price.
