The 2nd FANTACO Magic Arts Festival

• Free Admission: Children aged 3 and under (born after November 29, 2021) are free; Adults aged 80 and over are free (relevant identification must be presented).
• Concession Tickets: Children aged 12 and under; Adults aged 65 and over (relevant identification must be presented).
• Discount Tickets: Each person can purchase a maximum of 2 discount tickets per session (including 1 companion). Please present a valid ID and Disability Handbook for verification upon entry.
• One ticket per person. Admission by ticket only. Please have your ticket (paper/electronic voucher) ready for verification at the entrance. If you need to leave and re-enter on the same day, you must have an exit stamp. Those without an exit stamp will be required to purchase a new ticket to re-enter the venue.
• Those found without a ticket, using a ticket not valid for the current day, or without an exit stamp will be required to purchase a ticket at the original price.
• Please keep your ticket safe. Lost, damaged, or unrecognizable tickets will not be reissued, and no admission or replacement tickets will be granted based on any proof.
• This ticket is valid for admission to the event on the day of the event only.

Refund and Exchange Policy

I. According to Article 6 of the "Standardized Contract for Cultural and Art Performance Tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, the refund and exchange mechanism provided by this event is as follows:

(I) Option 2: The deadline for consumers to request a refund or exchange is 3 days after the date of purchase (excluding the date of purchase); consumers requesting a refund or exchange will be charged a 5% handling fee of the ticket price.

Example: If the purchase date is 2025/9/15, the refund deadline is 2025/9/18 (inclusive). Requests will no longer be accepted from 2025/9/19 (inclusive). (II) Acceptance Method:

• After the ticket purchaser submits an application to the ticketing platform, the ticket price will be refunded to the ticket purchaser's account.
• Ticket holders who do not submit a refund request before the refund deadline will be deemed as not requesting a refund.

II. According to Article 3 of the "Standardized Contract for Cultural and Art Performance Tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, if, prior to the event, there are force majeure events such as natural disasters, or changes to the main performers or main program content of the cultural and artistic performance, the refund (reimbursement) mechanism provided by this event is as follows:

(1) Those who choose not to refund: You can enter with the original ticket. Please be sure to keep your ticket as proof. (2) Those who choose to refund: A refund will be processed in accordance with the law and the refund process will be completed within 10 days of the announcement.

(II) Acceptance Method:

• After the ticket purchaser submits an application to the ticketing platform, the ticket price will be refunded to the ticket purchaser's account.
• Ticket holders who do not submit a refund request before the refund deadline will be deemed as not requesting a refund.
• If this event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, or if the main performance program or main performer changes, and the organizer refuses a refund, you can apply for a credit card dispute refund with the original credit card issuing bank.

Friendly Reminder: Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours. Once initiated, the time it takes for you to receive your refund will vary depending on your payment method.

In some cases, we may not be able to refund you via your original payment method. In such cases, your refund will be processed via bank transfer, which may take up to 30 business days. To avoid unnecessary disputes and damage to your rights, please understand and agree to the above rules before purchasing tickets. If you do not agree, please do not purchase; when purchasing and refunding tickets, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by all of the above matters.
