We had a really good experience here and honestly felt it was worth trying at least once while in Tokyo. The meat quality was very good, and there was a nice variety of food so you could try different cuts and dishes instead of just eating the same thing the whole time. Everything we ordered came out fresh, and grilling it yourself made the whole meal more fun. The staff were attentive and efficient, especially considering how busy the place can get. Service was smooth and they kept things moving well without making us feel rushed. We booked through Klook, and the whole process was easy and convenient. It made things much less stressful since we already had a reservation and didn’t have to worry about where to eat on the day itself. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience and something I’d recommend if you’re in the mood for a filling and enjoyable meal in Tokyo!!

Very good service, all the staff were very polite and accomodating. They take a photo at the beginning of the meal which is then printed as a small thank you gift, along with a small snack to go. The quality of beef was excellent, and the tablet was easy to navigate as it had English. The small touches like covering our belongings to make sure there would be minimal transfer of smell was thoughtful.

There are many options, and the seating is comfortable. The beef is good, the crab has a decent amount of meat, and the roasted garlic is delicious. Drinks are all-you-can-drink, but honestly, the grilled beef is already quite filling, so you won't be able to eat many hot pots. Overall, it's above average.

Ordering through Klook is affordable and convenient, the food tastes good, the seats are low and comfortable, the staff are polite, I went to eat at 2pm and there were not many people, it was convenient! Choose the one that suits you!
