there’s not many staff at the tourist desk, long wait, the card is not worth it, the trains are always delay and I only used once, which was skipped the line at Lindt museum. totally not recommended

I made a reservation to pick up the tickets on Sunday, December 8th, but when I arrived, a decoration note was posted on the door of the visitor center and it was closed! Is there any mistake? I'll go check it out tomorrow. What if it's closed tomorrow? I bought a two-day ticket and left the city the day after tomorrow. It might be all wasted and can't be used. Really bad review! Please ask customer service to help with a refund!
