- Infants under 2 years old are free and will not be provided with a seat. If a seat is required for a child of infant age, the adult fare will be charged.
- This activity requires a minimum of 6 people to form a group. If the minimum number is not reached, we will arrange for you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
- Please adhere to the scheduled times. If you are late, it will be regarded as an automatic cancellation of the tour, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
- As winter traffic is greatly affected by the weather, we are not responsible for any subsequent losses caused by delays due to unavoidable factors such as traffic jams. Your understanding is appreciated.
- The duration of this tour is approximately 10 hours, but in winter, due to snow, road closures, traffic jams, etc., the return travel time may be extended.
- If the Christmas tree is inaccessible due to weather, traffic restrictions, or safety considerations, we will go to the Ken & Marry Tree instead. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you need to bring luggage (including strollers and wheelchairs), please inform us by email in advance so that we can properly arrange vehicle space for a smoother and more comfortable journey. We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of participants. If the vehicle type can accommodate luggage, this will be confirmed 3-5 days before departure. For luggage space and loading/unloading arrangements, there will be an additional handling fee of 1,500 yen per piece (cash only), payable to the tour guide before boarding.
- A travel notice will be sent to your email by 5:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your email (or spam folder) at that time. It will contain the tour guide's contact information, license plate number, and detailed information about the itinerary. Thank you.
- The itinerary or stopping time at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc. In winter, if there are special circumstances such as highway closures or restrictions on access to scenic areas, we will reduce or change the route, and refunds will not be possible.
- Due to winter weather and road conditions, we do not recommend arranging other itineraries or expensive dinner reservations after returning on the same day, and we are not responsible for compensation for any losses incurred.
- If the Elf Terrace is temporarily unavailable, the alternative attraction will be: Blue Pond (approximately 30 minutes).
