- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the lifts
- Umbrellas, backpacks, and bags larger than a small handbag must be checked at the cloakroom or placed inside a cloakroom locker. Parents with small children may bring a bag, subject to inspection
- Klook/The Museum is not responsible for any valuables left in the cloakroom
- Admission tickets are valid for one day only and must be kept until your visit ends. You may leave and return the same day if you notify the information desk or ticket inspection staff before leaving
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Great 4.0
had quite a few levels of exhibitions and lots of large scale models which were cool! interesting tidbits of information, but the exhibitions felt a bit sporadic and not as many interactive/fun stuff as the Deutsche Museum in Munich
