we have a great tour, we went to Jinhae. the driver Mr. ~Byun Youngbok, he is very nice and kind, he explained detail the places we went. he took us for lunch at the best bbq restaurant at busan. Thank you for the wonderful tour.

Busan is a coastal city, hilly and very spread out, making public transportation a bit more challenging but thanks to our guide Johnny, we had an enjoyable experience. Our first stop was to ride the blueline sky capsule and he arranged the tickets for us in advance. We also beat the crowd by arriving early just before 9 and amazingly we were the only ones at the normally crowded Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory. Next stop was seeing this unique temple Haedong Yonggungsa Temple. The sea views was such a bonus. Last stop waw Gamcheon Cultural Village. These are colourful houses perched on the cliffside with incredibly vibrant streets, small cafes with epic views. For good photos, best views are from the Avant Garde Cafe and Coffee It House. I highly recommend this tour and thank you again Johnny for your warmth and kindness.

Our driver, Ms. Nimo, who is Chinese, was punctual and provided excellent service. While driving, she shared many stories about the attractions and actively assisted us with various matters, including purchasing tickets for the capsule train and even taking us to eat delicious Jajangmyeon. If we have the opportunity to visit Busan again, we will definitely seek her services, and we highly recommend her to everyone.

If you want to see Busan at your own pace, have a customized tour and a personalized guide, this is the best option.We were very blessed to have Johnny as our driver. He speaks very good English, well mannered and very smart young guy. We are a family of 4, the vehicle was big n comfortable. We really had a wonderful time. I believe it is mainly because of Johnny. We appreciate that he brought us to a local restaurant for lunch and the famous must go Coffee shop in Busan where again only the locals know!During lunch, I was impressed with his manners, he explained that because he is way younger than me and my husband, he upheld the Korean culture of being hospitable and servicial. Ms Nimo is our private tour guide. She is able to converse in Mandarin and Korean. Her lunch recommendation is good, we had a nice lunch, thanks to her. Her car is spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful day exploring the attractions of Busan.

Johnny was such a helpful and knowledgeable driver — we really enjoyed our trip in Busan with him! He brought us to Jagalchi Market and helped us find a great restaurant there. At Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, he even shared tips on how we could push the wheelchair for my mum so we could all enjoy the visit together comfortably. He also texted us during our stay to check if we needed any help, which was really thoughtful. We highly recommend Johnny to anyone visiting Busan (he speaks English and Mandarin) and would definitely engage him again for future trips.

There were 6 of us in a Hyundai car. The driver was Brother Bian, who was also from Busan, South Korea. He could speak Chinese fluently. Although it was raining that day, he took us to the newest Lotte outlet and the aquarium after Brother Bian's suggestion. He took us to buy tickets and helped us communicate in Korean. Unless it is absolutely necessary that the venue is open air, we will park in an indoor parking lot where we will not be exposed to the rain. I think Klook's service is very good, and we are very satisfied with this tour guide. It is recommended that if there are elderly people traveling with you, you must charter a car. It is very time-saving and convenient. You can complete the itinerary and deal with emergencies. Busan is great and suitable for traveling with young and old. Of course, chartering a car is the best option!

YB was my guide + driver. He’s a local and knows the history of Korea/ Busan well. gave us very good info. he drove carefully and was always waiting for us at the car. Very good service. we had to rush for plane at 4pm but still manged to cover Luge, temple, church and Gamcheon. would have added Songdo if we can do full 8 hours.
