Special Reminders:

• (1) It is recommended not to take a shower 2 days before entering the plateau, so as to avoid catching a cold which can induce altitude sickness and affect the entire itinerary. If you have a certain level of endurance, it is recommended to hold out for a few more days until you are sure you have adapted to the plateau before taking a shower.
• (2) Water and electricity supplies are insufficient in Tibetan areas, with occasional water and power outages. Please bring your own wet wipes and flashlights. Shower water temperatures may be unstable, or water supply may be cut off during the shower process. Therefore, shower quickly, and it is best to take a shower only after fully adapting to the Tibetan area.
• (3) In case of special circumstances such as rain or snow, the bonfire party activity will be cancelled. Please be informed.

Must-Read for Registration:

1. Regarding Registration: Anyone with infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, convalescent patients recovering from major or moderate surgery, people with limited mobility, pregnant women, and others who are not suitable for travel, please do not register. Those registering on behalf of others should also verify the physical condition of the person they are registering for. If the registrant or the person registering on behalf of another conceals their physical condition, the resulting consequences shall be borne by themselves.
2. Regarding Accommodation: We provide cost-effective accommodation for team members. Even so, members should be fully mentally prepared. Along the route, population is sparse and infrastructure is limited. Most hotels along the route are unrated. Due to being in a plateau area, water and electricity resources are scarce, and sometimes water and power outages may be encountered. Please prepare flashlights in advance and be prepared for the inability to take a shower, wash hair, or wash face. Members who are particularly fond of cleanliness can bring a sleeping bag liner for contingencies.
3. Regarding Seating: The first seat on the left is for the driver, the first seat on the right is for the tour guide, and the rest are regular seats. Please choose your seat after boarding. During long-distance travel on the plateau, members should be considerate of one another.
4. Force Majeure: (1) If the contract cannot be fulfilled and the trip changes due to force majeure factors (such as landslides, mudslides, destroyed roads and bridges, flight delays, national policies, wars, plagues, traffic controls, traffic jams, etc.), our agency will not bear related compensation; (2) Travel expenses increased as a result shall be borne by the members themselves; (3) Fees reduced or not incurred will be factually refunded to the members by our company.
