• Participants should be able to ride a scooter comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a scooter safely, and no refunds will be issued

Other Reminders

• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 1 months pregnant, children aged 0-5, and anyone that has back problems to participate in this activity
• The activity is not recommended to people who can't ride a bike or people with recent surgeries
• For large groups, the operator accommodates 16 guests, with 8 driving and 8 passengers. Children under 15 must sit on the backseat of the scooter
• Each scooter has a maximum weight capacity of 200 kg
• The minimum driving age requirement is 16 years and above
• No driver’s license needed
• Guests who are unable to ride may join as passengers. Please note that no refunds will be provided for non-participation or for individuals unable to ride
