• Maya Bay will close every year in August and September. We will spend longer at other spots for tours during this period
• Tour schedules might differ due to weather and sea conditions and is out of the activity provider's control
• Rain in Southern Thailand is unpredictable and can happen anytime. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. If conditions are determined to be unsafe, you can reschedule or get a full refund
• The local Thai captain speaks very basic English, just enough to communicate about the tour
• Monkey sightings are highly likely, but they cannot be guaranteed
• You must arrange your own transport to Koh Phi Phi. An overnight stay is required due to limited transfers
• Accident insurance only covers the time during the tour. Accidents caused by the customer are not covered. Passport details of every customer must be sent to us the day before the tour to be able to arrange the insurance.
• After booking, you can choose your delicious lunch from our menu. (Vegetarian and halal food option available)
