The guide did not contact us by 10 PM the night before the activity, as stated on the booking voucher. We also received no communication on the day of the activity (July 2nd) morning. On the day of the activity (July 2nd), we arrived 30 minutes early at the designated meeting point (West Gate of Changsha Martyrs Park), as instructed on the booking voucher, but no one was there. We waited until 10 AM and then reluctantly left. Although Klook later refunded 60% of the payment, we still incurred losses, including financial and time losses. As tourists who traveled a long distance, we weren't primarily concerned about the money; we genuinely wanted to see the exhibition, and we are truly disappointed. We don't know the reason for the no-show, and we will seriously reconsider using your company's services in the future.
