Pre-departure Notice
- Please ensure that the communication APP you reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8 p.m. one day before departure. Please pay attention to check it (may be in the spam box). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in time. Thank you.
- If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people required to form a group, you will be notified by email one day before departure to cancel the trip. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel the trip by 6:00 p.m. local time one day before departure and notify you by email.
Seats and Vehicles
- The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please make a note. We will try our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement is subject to the actual situation on site.
- The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as an attendant, and the explanation content will be simpler.
- If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without permission, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustment and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen per hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay and tour time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance and other conditions. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the cable car, cruise ship and other facilities to be suspended, snowmobiles, etc., other attractions will be visited or the stay time will be adjusted.
- If you are late due to personal reasons, temporarily change the meeting place, or leave the group midway, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.
Season and Landscape
- In winter, in the event of special circumstances such as highway closures or restricted access to scenic spots, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.
Other Notes
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join the group midway.
- It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring your own warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.
* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health condition.
* After the itinerary starts, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will also be responsible for the return trip or additional accommodation expenses.
* During peak travel periods such as Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen or dinners that night, and bring your own snacks and power banks.
