Segovia from Madrid with optional tickets & food options

The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized. I joined a day tour to Segovia and Avila. It departed on time, the scenery was beautiful, and there was plenty of time for sightseeing and free activities. Our guide, Damara, a redhead, was excellent. Her explanations were very detailed, alternating between Spanish and English, and she was very attentive and responsible with the group. A few days prior, I had a very disappointing experience with a day tour from another company, but this time, Big Bus provided me with a wonderful experience, putting me in a great mood for my last few days in Spain!

The bus was comfortable, and the tour guide Danny, in addition to explaining in Spanish, also explained it again in English for the two of us from Taiwan, taking great care of all the group members! (Besides that, he looks a lot like Timothée Chalamet! He's a handsome man.) The itinerary was very suitable, the arrangement of photo time, explanation time, and free time was very appropriate ~ However, the restaurants introduced were just average, you can choose what you like! The scenery along the way is also very beautiful! Highly recommend this trip!

Our tour guide, Raquel, was excellent. She went out of her way to provide detailed explanations in English for us, coming from Taiwan. Thank you for a wonderful day of touring! The only minor drawback was that the itinerary was a bit packed, but it's understandable given that we visited two locations in one day. Everyone worked very hard.

This trip is really enjoyable with a great tour guide. I did learn more of the city and the schedule is just perfect. Big applause to Danny, our guide who is extremely passionate. He explained well in English and did a great job showing us around! :) Great trip and will definitely miss the scenery here!

it was a good tour organised by The Big Bus. Ample time to walk to enjoy to sights. even if you fall slightly behind the group, listening to the guides via the in-ear monitor was useful. It was worth it to pay a little extra for admission tax to visit the Alcazar. Interior was beautiful.

The overall arrangement was very appropriate, from the meeting point to the itinerary, everything was very suitable, and the time was sufficient. Leaving Segovia at 5:45 PM, it was already a very fulfilling day trip. At least it's much more convenient than going on your own.
