【Hokkaido | Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, Niseko Day Trip】Mount Yotei (Little Fuji) & Takahashi Farm & Lake Toya & Noboribetsu Hell Valley & Bear Park & Kyogoku Spring Water Park & Winter Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival Day Trip | Departing from Sapporo

I recently took this one-day tour to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, and it was absolutely worth the money. It is a very well-paced itinerary that allowed us to see several of Hokkaido’s most beautiful natural landmarks within a single day without feeling overly rushed. Our guide, Xixi, was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. Not only did she provide great commentary on the sights we visited, but she also shared a wealth of "insider" recommendations for other locations to visit in Hokkaido and pointed us toward the "best in category" restaurants for local food.

The tour was great and well-organized. Special thanks must be given to the tour guide Sakura, who is helpful and friendly. The snow-motorbike (optional activity) was thrilling and memorable! Must-try if it is available!

Huge day out in Hokkaido with wonderful commentary and assistance from our charismatic guide Gilbert who transitioned seamlessly between English, Chinese and Japanese. itinerary well explained with plenty of comfort spots. Also thanks to our driver who was called in as a replacement last minute on a public holiday and drive us around all day in difficult conditions. great day out! 本当にありがとうございました

Gilbert went above and beyond. He is an exceptional tour guide. He gave us a lot of information along the driver. He made sure everyone was on the bus, he pointed out the best food spots, and constantly gave us updates on our journey. The tour itself was nice. we had nice weather.

Great tour! We were able to visit all the planned spots on time and even finished a bit earlier than expected. Everything was well organized and smooth throughout. However, it would be great if some attractions with more things to do could be given a bit more time

Chose this 1 day tour was great experience. Our guide Zhou Zheng was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He explained Hokkaido as a whole and gives good recommendations. Thank you for the tour on 24th Feb. It was a great experience. However it was a pity that we need to leave the last destination before sky darken. The lights up was not well visualised. But I do understand its due to many backend factors thats not of the guide's control. Perhaps fine tuning the itinerary will make this tour even better.

Directions were easy to follow when locating the meetup point. Allowing more time for the Bear Ranch / Canle card would be preferable as we only had half an hour. The Lake itself was beautiful best to go when there isn’t heavy weather to see across. Lastly I’d prefer to arrive at the Ice festival later at night to better immerse myself in the lights as we did arrive prior to. We did end up seeing the lights though. Overall great trip, I do recommend, and the guide was very kind and earnest.

1: It is worth recommending, because your company has arranged (leader Jiajia) to provide good service and explain in detail. The service quality to customers is great. The driver is Japanese and he is very kind and amiable. He greets you in Japanese every time you get on and off the car. The itinerary is good: The view restaurant at Lake Tono is beautiful. The bears in Showa Shinzan and Bear Ranch are very cute. You can also feed them and they will interact with us and greet us. When we can throw cookies, he will pick them up with his mouth and hands (7- 8-year-old cute 🐻 bear) Noboribetsu Jigokudani has beautiful scenery, and (Jiajia leader) will also take us to take photos of the logo. The service is really good. The most important thing is that it is very friendly. (Jiajia leader) is also quite good. Liked by a team leader 👍

This day trip, covering Lake Shikotsu, Jigokudani (Hell Valley), Showa-shinzan, and Lake Toya, was perfect for us as we wanted to see as much as possible. Our guide, Kevin, mentioned he only started in November, but his meticulous pre-trip reminders, travel information and itinerary explanations, time management, restaurant recommendations, and enthusiastic help with taking photos and answering all our questions, led us to highly commend his service. The driver's skills were excellent and smooth, making the entire journey very comfortable. We are very grateful and thoroughly enjoyed this day tour.

It was a perfect day trip! The destinations were unique and incredibly memorable. The spring water at Shunsui Park was delicious, and the dairy products at Takahashi Farm were amazing. Enjoying ice cream while looking out at a field of sunflowers and Mount Yotei was breathtaking. Lake Toya speaks for itself. Feeding the bears at Showa Shinzan was also quite fun. This trip perfectly combined beautiful scenery with enjoyable activities. Our guide, Sakura, was very attentive and responsible, providing lots of historical background, important information, and tour details. We had a great time and a wonderful experience overall.
