Kimi, our guide, is great. He was very courteous and helpful in guiding us thru our tour. His in-depth knowledge of the West Lake, the tea plantation and Lingyin Temple made our visit very enjoyable. The driver service from our hotel to Shanghai Hongqiao Station was excellent, the driver waiting for us for both trip, to and from.
