Luggage Information

• Only one piece of luggage in addition to ski equipment can be stored in the bus trunk

Eligibility

• Children under the age of 3 can travel for free if they don't require a separate seat
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional information

• This vehicle is not wheelchair-accessible
• If you are unable to board the bus in time for reasons such as flight cancellation or delay, you will be eligible for a refund
• Depending on the road/weather conditions, a tour might be delayed or cancelled. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will be covering the extra fee
• Children under two years old are not recommended to participate due to long travel time
• Only one piece of luggage can be stored in the trunk of the bus: ski equipment and one other piece of luggage. -If you bring skis or snowboards, please bring them in their own bags or cases. Please be aware that there is a possibility that your luggage may be damaged or broken during loading/unloading to/from the bus or in the trunk of the bus while it is in motion
• In principle, the bus will not wait for passengers who do not arrive by the scheduled departure time. In such cases, it will be treated as a "no-show without notice"
