This was an unfortunate and inconvenient trip. I am still working to receive a refund as the tour was canceled without notifying me as a participant. I showed up and waited an hour without assistance. I don’t recommend booking this tour or if you do reach out on your own to the coordinators ahead of time to ensure departure. if they don’t get back to you (like they did to me) cancel the trip.

Very nice tour and good for elders. My grandmother enjoyed the tour. Jenny is very accomodating and is very helpful to us. She is very knowledgeable of the tour.

- Ganghwa Luge – Important Safety Rules:Solo riding: -Ages 10+ AND height 120 cm+ (both required). -Children under 10 who are at least 85 cm tall must ride with an adult aged 20+. Combined weight must be under 120 kg. -Children under 85 cm and seniors aged 65+ cannot ride. -Children riding with adults still require their own child tickets. Booking a ticket does not guarantee solo riding. -Pregnant guests and those with cardiovascular conditions are not permitted to ride. -All riders must follow staff instructions. Final riding eligibility is determined by the attraction.
