Pre-Departure Notice

* We will contact you via your provided contact information between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive any information, please check your email, including your spam folder. During peak tourist season, there may be slight delays in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

* If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether the tour will be canceled by 18:00 local time the day before departure and notify you by email.

Seats and Vehicles

• This is a shared tour, and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
• The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of people. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as the on-board staff, and the explanation may be briefer.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. You will be required to pay compensation according to local standards if any damage is caused.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be charged (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, facility maintenance, etc. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
• If facilities such as cable cars and tour boats are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of the stay will be adjusted.
• No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.

Season and Scenery

• In winter, if highways are closed or access to scenic spots is restricted due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and it is not possible to join the tour midway.
• It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* This tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please carefully consider your health condition before signing up.

* If the tour is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning or additional accommodation.

* During Japanese public holidays and peak weekends, there is often severe traffic congestion or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
