The exchange is easy and straightforward, just as Klook explained. At the counter, you just show the QR code and they will exchange it for you silently. After that, they confirm the boarding location and bus number for you. Then you just go to the boarding location. When you check your luggage, they will ask you where you are going, so tell them the stop where you will be getting off. This is because of the loading order of the luggage. Even if the hotel name is the same as the stop name, it may not be understood, but it's okay. I've only taken the bus to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun, but there is Japanese guidance, so don't worry. I recommend it to people whose hotel is near a bus stop because it's easy.

The Airport Limousine/Bus is a very convenient ride from Incheon Airport to Myeongdong. The instructions about ticket pick-up location and usage was very clear. We rode the bus around 9:41am on a weekday and we were the only passengers from the airport until we reached Namdaemun area. It felt like the ride was exclusive. Will definitely use this again when I go back to South Korea.

Step 3: Show your QR code to a ticket agent and convert your voucher into physical tickets. Step 4: Find your bus and schedule on one of the many large display screens near the waiting area. Step 5: Line up on the curb in front of the correct bus. Step 6: If you have luggage, large ones will be loaded under the bus. Smaller carry-on luggage must be stored in the luggage rack once you enter the bus. Personal bags must be kept with you. Step 7: Enjoy Korea!

very easy to claim, go to bus ticket near gate 5 and exchange your voucher into coupons for your bus ride. available bus every 10mins. the bus stop in the airport is just outside the counter. while bus stop 6015 in myeongdong is in front of Daiso 12F and near exit 8 myeongdong subway. very convenient esp hotels nearby. and very comfy seats

Very easy to redeem, just go to the dedicated counter and show them the QR Code to exchange for a physical tickets, then go outside to bus stop 5B-2 to board. The seats are spacious and the ride was comfortable from Incheon Airport all the way to Myeongdong. Travel time is about 1hr and 20mins depending on traffic.

Seamless and easy to get to. Go to the counter to get physical ticket rather than using the kiosk. seats were comfortable enough for a 2hr journey. The driver and the uncle helping with the luggages were friendly and welcoming

Been to Seoul 4times but first time to take the airport bus. Very cheap, convenient, easy to find at Incheon. At Incheon airport upon arrival , Voucher for 6015 bus was redeemed at counter between Exit 5-6. Bus stop right outside Exit 5. Driver we had was helpful, patient, strict. Seats were a bit old, comfy and reclines, but no usb chargers. Food and drinks not allowed. Driver and helper loaded big luggages under the bus, a ticket/ sticker were issued. Hand luggages were loaded inside the bus at front- they were not allowed to be at the seats. It took 1.5 hrs from Incheon to Myeongdong. we stopped outside the Apple Store/ Ibis hotel. Bus 6015 from Myeongdong was only payable by T-pass or cash KW17,000- same stop. I could not book separate return ticket via Klook. There were also vendo machines that sold bus tickets at the airport (photo).

I used this service to travel from Incheon Airport to Dongdaemun's DDP. It was very convenient, and I would like to use it again. The voucher exchange location at the airport was explained on the reservation screen, so I was able to board smoothly. It was convenient because I didn't have to transfer trains with large luggage and could go near my hotel. It takes longer than the AREX (about 1 hour 50 minutes to go and about 1 hour 20 minutes to return), but if you have plenty of time and are staying in the Dongdaemun area, this is more convenient. The bus seats were spacious, and there were footrests and USB charging ports, which made it comfortable. The staff and driver were efficient and friendly.

Exchange your voucher for a ticket at the ticket counter. No need to specify a time, just take the ticket straight to the boarding area. We were able to board immediately. Returning was the same, just hand over the ticket and board right away. I purchased the 6015 bus to the airport, but they also let me board the 6010 bus, which stops at the same bus stop. The voucher was easy to use, but the traffic was terrible entering Seoul, and it took 2 hours from Incheon Airport Terminal 2 to Myeongdong. Next time, depending on the location of the hotel, I might take the train...

Highly recommend the Airport Limousine Bus 6002! It was one of the easiest and most comfortable ways to travel from Incheon Airport to Seoul. The bus was clean, spacious, and on time, with plenty of room for luggage. The driver was courteous, and the journey was smooth and relaxing after a long flight. I'll definitely use this service again on my next visit to Korea.
