Iriomote Island: Half-Day Barasu Island Boat Snorkeling Experience (Okinawa)

It was my first time on Iriomote Island, and I was moved by the power of nature! Matsuko's guide was very easy to understand, and I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. This is my first trip to Ishigaki. There are many tours in Ishisaki, but I was really glad to choose this tour. All the guides are so kind and nice. I had such a wonderful snorkeling experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Seita-san. What impressed me most was how genuinely he cared about every single person in our group. We had families with children, couples, and solo travelers from different countries, but Seita-san made sure no one was ever left out. He paid attention to thr group and each individual, adjusting the way he helped depending on what we needed. He was especially wonderful with the children and those who seemed to be snorkeling for the first time. He was patient, attentive, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable in the water. He was also very humble about his English, but he communicated really well and his pronounciation was one of the best I've heard. But, I was especially touched by how much effort he put into taking great photos for everyone. You can really feel that Seita-san genuinely cares about the people he guides. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

We participated in a snorkeling tour on Iriomote Island. Our guide, Shogo, took us by boat to a nearby snorkeling spot and enthusiastically took photos for everyone throughout the activity. After the tour, the shop provided showers and changing rooms.

This trip was so much fun, and our tour guide, Kaji, was incredibly thoughtful. He took us to so many beautiful coral reefs and helped us take tons of pictures. We even went to Barasu Island. The weather in Ishigaki was perfect, and the photos we took looked like something out of a dream.

This tour is super safe where you’ll wear wetsuit and life jacket, which makes it impossible to drown, there’s also a huge bouy for you to hold on when you’re on the sea. It is also very beginner friendly where the guide explains how the use the snorkeling equipment thoroughly, kudos to the guide Taro👍 water is super clear!

Among all the companies I've used, this one was top-notch. I asked to see sea turtles, and they found them for me beautifully. Thank you very much!

The experience was canceled due to a tsunami alert, but the guides offered us alternative activities, and I still had a great day despite the cancellation. Thank you very much!

I worked with an extremely friendly guide. He spoke English well, so there was no problem communicating. He was a kind and bright person. However, I didn't see a turtle. I would like to use that company's tour again next time. thank you
