Eligibility
- Admits ONE child (Height 65-80cm) for Baby ticket / Admits ONE child (Height over 80 cm) for Junior ticket / Adults age over 18 years old
- Children at height under 65 cm at the time of admission, can enter for free when accompanied by a paying Participant and an Adult. E-copy of Birth certificate for verification is required.
- An adult (aged 18 and above) must be present for the admission of any Participant below the age of 7 years old.
Additional information
- Anti-slip socks are compulsory for all guests. Not included in purchase.
- The operator reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks.
- A wrist band will be issued upon entry and the entry timing will be indicated on the wrist band. You can track your play time using the entry timing.
- A 10-minute grace period will be given to guests to exit the venue. An additional charge of THB 50 will be charged at the counter if the stipulated timing exceeded 10 minutes but not over 30 minutes
- An additional charge of 1 hour price will be charged at the counter if the stipulated timing exceeded 30 minutes but not over 60 minutes

- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

Easy process to redeem it. Kids had a blast. The entire theme is very similar to the Kidztopia in Singapore, and the facility was well maintained and staffed. Kids wanted to come back - that says all!

I brought my daughter here to play, and she had a fantastic time. The venue was larger than I expected, and there were quite a few play facilities. She went on the slides, played in the trampoline area, and in the ball pit multiple times. The two hours flew by! It's a great place to bring kids to burn off some energy, especially since the weather in Chiang Mai is hot, so an indoor activity was very comfortable. My daughter kept saying she wanted to come back next time when we left.

Bouncetopia, which I visited several times while living in Chiang Mai for a month last year! This year, when I went on vacation to Chiang Mai, my kids picked it as a place they definitely wanted to visit again. It's huge, and there are a lot of teachers and safety guards here and there, so it's reassuring, and there's a waiting area for parents, so it's great! Except for when my kid wants to play tag with me...ㅠㅠ Sightseeing isn't really interesting to kids~ They'll like it if you add it once in the middle of the trip.

Convenient, fast, can buy tickets in advance, no need to wait in a long line, the bouncy house is very big, there are many zones for children to play and have fun, I recommend it.

Buying tickets through Klook was slightly cheaper than at the venue, and it allowed for quick and convenient entry. However, the inflatable castle can be a bit slippery with regular socks; if possible, bringing non-slip socks would make it safer and more enjoyable! There's a beverage stand nearby and seating areas for resting, so the planning is very thoughtful.
