Reviews summaryJessica was a fantastic guide from Bus Travel Iceland-friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the trip. We were lucky to have sunny weather, which made the views along the road even more stunning. The tour was well organized, everyone stayed on schedule, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended when visiting Iceland!
** Unforgettable Experience in South Coast Iceland** The South Coast Iceland Tour was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we were picked up in Reykjavík, Tour Guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights about Icelandic culture and nature. The itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to witness some of Iceland’s most iconic landmarks, including the powerful Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls, the breathtaking Reynisfjara black sand beach, and the serene Sólheimajökull glacier. intimate and personalized. only one weather is raining.
Well organised tour with rest stops for washrooms and lunch. Very windy at the sightseeing spots, do secure your loose items and bring a pair of protective glasses and masks to block the flying particles especially for the hike to the glacier. Sit on the left of the bus when leaving Reykjavik for views of the mountainside on the way too!
Amazing day with a great tour guide. We had Barbara and driver Robert. They were the best I’ve had in Iceland so far. We had lots of time at each place and even stopped on the way home to see the Northern Lights.
This package was amazing – the attractions were gorgeous and so beautiful. The only downside was that the itinerary at each stop felt a little too short, so it often felt like we were rushing. That said, every place we visited was truly breathtaking. Special mention goes to our guide, Pierre, who was very courteous and polite, and to our driver, Andrew, who was extremely professional. Driving safely in foggy and rainy conditions is not easy, and he did an excellent job. Both of them made the trip even more enjoyable and absolutely deserving of a tip from us.
it was a great way to see the south in a group. each stop was truly magical. felt blessed to visit the amazing locations and all the stories shared by the guide was so informative and entertaining.
A day trip to Iceland's South Coast is simply perfect! The glacier hike is soul-stirring, the black sand beach has magnificent waves, and the tour guide is knowledgeable and humorous. The itinerary is well-paced and not rushed, with volcanoes, waterfalls, and tundra along the way. Absolutely great value for money, it's a fantastic way to explore Iceland's natural wonders! Highly recommended to every traveler.
The tour operator will ask you to gather at bus no 12, just opposite to Storm hotel, when bus comes, the guide will call the name out one by one based upon first book first serve, well arranged and perfect time management. Our guide Jessica did a great job, talked much about everything related to the Iceland and the scenery, including history, background and story, and allowing enough time for visiting each spot. She also introduced nice restaurant , things to do after the tour if still staying downtown. Highly recommended
Great tour! Sara was very funny and provided lots of insight on Icelandic culture, history, and language. The sights were extremely beautiful.
The guide/driver is very friendly and humor. He also played some music and radio during the ride, made 2 pit stop for us to take some photos. We had enough time for each place, would recommend this tour if you are first time in Iceland
