Before taking the flight, I made an appointment to have my hair washed here. There was also a 90-minute facial massage. It was quite comfortable. However, most hair washing in Vietnam seems to be done with fingernails instead of fingertips. It didn’t hurt, but Wei Wei was not used to it. Overall It’s okay 😌

I received a more impressive service than I expected. It has a different charm from body massage. I was especially satisfied with the various services for removing dead skin cells from the face~~

Second visit, disappointment. I received a separate email asking me to bring my reservation time up, so I arrived 30 minutes early as possible, but they were not ready, so I had to wait 30 minutes to receive service. They also gave me a rough service and asked me to leave a good review, so I can only leave a bad review.

I arrived on time for my appointment, but the staff didn't seem to have a record of it. I told them I had already paid through Klook, but they didn't seem to know about it and needed to contact the center manager. Eventually, the staff member helped me complete the entire massage process, which I was satisfied with. However, after the activity ended, Klook sent me an email saying I didn't attend the activity on time. I feel that the arrangement between Klook and the organizer was chaotic, leading to a poor experience and causing embarrassment for both the customer and the center staff.

The equipment is backward, not the massage chair as shown in the picture. I don't know how to communicate in English at all, and the staff was very impatient when using the translator. Four of us visited, and there were only two staff in the store. Two foreign assistants were called immediately. The waiting time was very long, and the service level was very poor and not professional at all. He poured boiled water for us and seemed to have drank it. I scratched my hair with my fingernails while washing my hair, sprayed shower water on my head, and water got into my ears. After washing my hair, it was very greasy and sticky and I couldn't wash it off. I am extremely regretful and disappointed why I bought products from this store through Klook. I have always trusted Klook and often buy your products. This time it was really unfortunate, a very bad experience. We hope other guests will not come back again.
