Private DayTrip to Alexandria from Cairo With lunch

Our trip started at 7.00 AM from our hotel near airport.Driver Mr Sharif and Guide Mr Ezz Eldeen accompanied us. On the way towards the Alexandria,our guide gave insights about the Alexandria’s history.After reaching Alexandria our driver served us falafel which was delicious.Then we move on to our first place in Alexandria called Catacombs. Our guide gaves us brief insight and history about the place and after that we went to Pompey’s Pillar. After completing two places we went to Qaitbay Citadel, there our guide Ezz explains to us about the significance of the qaitbay its rich history and after we explored the place and went to our next destination that is Alexandria Library. The Library was huge and was very beautiful. We are Thankful to our driver and our guide, who gave us nice experience of Alexandria.

a very valuable experience. our guide, MIG (sorry if wrongly spelled his name) explained all the historical places in detail. seafood lunch was very delicious. driver picked up at the hotel right on time as promised. very recommended

Had an amazing day with Mig, he was great and patient all along in answering all our questions. Also his English was great which made it ver easier for us to follow! We were travelling with a baby and it felt very comfortable and welcoming. I would say this was one of the best tour I had in egypt as the lunch place was also awesome sea facing !! Thanks to the company and tour guide for making this trip memorable

Had 5 for 5 trip for sure. I can’t recommend Amgad as your guide enough. He’s a walking encyclopedia, ask him anything Egypt he’ll answer your question with great details- and slight added comedy too 🤣. Mohamed the driver was also such a kind hearted guy.

The driver and tour guide we encountered on our day trip to Alexandria were both excellent. The driver was very patient and waited for us at the hotel in the morning. He also proactively pointed out rest stops and convenience stores along the way where we could rest and buy water. He was always smiling and had a great attitude. The tour guide, Mig, spoke very fluent English, had a wealth of professional knowledge, and provided very professional explanations. He was able to answer questions well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it!

Alexandria was lovely. The driver was nice and we felt very safe during the roundtrip. The only downside was the guiding style. It felt like we were just being given a list of facts rather than an immersive tour. If the guide had been a bit more engaging and enthusiastic, it would have made exploring the sites so much more fun. Overall, a nice day trip but definitely has room for improvement.

Mig is good tour guide... The overall experience in visiting the Alexandria is good history lesson to us.... The only thing that the Alexandria library not opens on Friday but the Klook has not advised before we book?

Sharif was a great guide! It was nice to visit all four places in Alexandria without feeling rushed, and we had plenty of time to look around. He even let me play the music I wanted, so I listened to a K-pop medley for the first time in a while, haha.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Alexandria, and that is entirely thanks to our amazing guide, Mig! Mig was incredibly professional, passionate, and deeply knowledgeable about the city's rich history. From the Library of Alexandria to the Citadel of Qaitbay, their storytelling brought the ancient ruins to life. Beyond being a great historian, Mig looked after us flawlessly, taking fantastic photos of our group and recommending the best local spots for authentic food. Having Mig with us made our trip completely stress-free and full of joy. We highly recommend Mig to anyone visiting Alexandria!
