Dazu Rock Carvings Ticket with Round Trip Transfers in Chongqing

A much convenient way of visiting the historical site. Great service provided by the tour guide. Lunch was great too. Highly recommended.

The tour run quite smoothly. This tour is very convenient to visit Dazu and Baodingshan because if you go by yourself it will cost more time and cost. In my case they also provide lunch which I didn't expected as it didn't mention in the agenda. The bus seem a little bit too small for tall guy with long leg but they have rest stop to relax and use restroom. As I'm foreigner so I can't understand what guide explained about history of Baodingshan as they will explain only in Chinese. If you have Wechat it will be more convenient to contact with the guide if you have any problem. Overall I recommend!

The tour was excellent. The pick up was smooth. The bus was great to give a break stop during the trip for washroom and visit to an old town. The lunch was a surprise and good. The tour was excellent. The only issue was that we found out that other tour operators run by the government do not charge Dazu entrance fee for people over 65 regardless of nationality while Klook charged us two entrance fees in the package even though we are 73 years old.

Dazu is a place to visit when visiting Chongqing. Come with a convenient tour. But would like to improve a little Meaning that on the tour, take him to have lunch too And about the place of appointment that is still confusing The pick up location should be changed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel or World Traders Hotel.It will be more convenient, even though the appointment must be earlier around 07.20 hrs.

Without doubt the worst experience from any company I have ever had .. not only did the coach not turn up at the pick up point at the time we were told. After having to the pay to make our own way up to the carvings when we got there the voucher we had be sent was not even valid. We then spent an hour struggling to get in , we then finally got hold of the Klook contact we had been given could not speak English we managed to get someone at the carvings to talk to her. Turns out she knew nothing about our booking or our voucher being valid. I am absolutely lost for words how bad the the whole experience and service was with Klook. If I could less than 1 star I would .

1. I don't know if the KLOOK information transmission error or the local travel agency administrative negligence caused our tour guide to get the wrong contact mobile phone. The car number of the shuttle bus could not be known in the morning. We also did not contact the WeChat account that was filled in at the time of registration. On the same day, I couldn't find a contact at the meeting point, and I could only ask one passerby who looked like a tour guide. 2. The collection time communicated to us through KLOOK is 7:20. It is especially strong enough to be late, and the shuttle bus does not wait. The tour guide only appeared at 7:35, and almost our family had to leave the meeting point to go to the scenic spot. The above two points deducted two stars. The rest of the trip was generally smooth, the scenic area was beautiful, there was lunch, the tour guide explained the major and did not over-sell the merchandise, and it was also recommended and evaluated for other famous attractions.
