I rode from Koh Samui to Krabi. It is a bit late. Late to arrive at Nathon Pier, and therefore late to arrive at Krabi. But it is just 17 minutes late. Transfers are seamless, very quick — the bus is waiting when the ferry arrive, easy to understand. Very comfortable.
This company is absolutely amazing. Their service is so professional, from the facilities and the bathrooms to the transportation. Everything was first class. I thoroughly enjoyed traveling with them and will definitely use them again. They were great.

The hotel pickup was smooth, the ferry and the double decker bus were little late approx 30 min due to rain and traffic. The overall experience was quite good and would definitely recommend it.
Easy to reach, was picked up by the company from my hotel an hr and half before departure. Seats were comfortable . Took exactly 45 minutes to reach from the Samui port to Donsak Pier.
I have taken many road trips in Thailand through recognized companies, and I can say this is the best among all of them that I have taken. Lomprayah has the best service, the staff are very friendly and helpful the place where I boarded bus in Bangkok, that is the Lomprayah Office is located at Bangkok South bus terminal with a 711 very close. The office is completely air conditioned with charging and washroom facilities.
The journey was long. bus took us from krabi to pier, about 3/4 hours on the bus. then we got to the ferry, it was very busy, about a 45 min trip on the ferry to Koh Samui. once there the shuttle took us from the pier to our hotel (on the opposite side of the island so also about 45mins to an hour journey). most of it was all good, shuttle driver for the hotel drop off was a bit intense on the roads
Ferry from Koh Samui Nathon Pier to Krabi is just for 1 hr approx, rest 3 hrs is on a bus. Both ferry and bus were very comfortable. At Krabi the bus drops you off at the lomprayah office around 30 mins away from Ao Nang but there are shared transport available their which is not included in the cost. It would have been great if there was an option to add hotel pick up service.
