~1. Called in to reception and was told that laundry services wasn’t complimentary when it is. ~2. Personally went to reception the next day and was told it shouldn’t have happened and got laundry accepted immiediately. ~3. somehow laundry got lost during collection time. its day 3 and its still nowhere to be found. ~4. Food at Gordon Ramsey was alright. ~5. Please reject the oysters when served. Its not really fresh. ~6. Be prepared for long wait for food during a course meal. ~7. Be prepared also to pour your own wine and water often. ~8. Great attempted at recovery by the General Manager though, felt his sincerity to make things right. But no, thank you. ~9. Service standard took many steps backward as compared to my last visit.
