You need to purchase tickets and reserve a time slot separately to enter and visit the Palais Garnier Opera House in Paris. This is a very popular attraction, so it is necessary to book in advance.

I highly recommend it because it was very, very good. I would like to use it again.

please note that you will access the audio guide via a link. the QR code recieved is a receipt of purchase and cannot be used to redeem for the audio guide upon entrance. the audio guide was flagged as junk and took me awhile to find it at the door. the quality of the audio guide is very disappointing. I recommend to purchase a admission ticket to skip the Q and get the audio guide on-suite instead.

this was a scam - the moment I presented the QRcode to the staff he said it was not in the correct format. He did try to scan it and as expected, it did not work. Can I lodge a complaint?? Just be careful, don’t buy the audio guide here, you can easily buy one after you get into Palais Garnier. (the photos attached were taken after I entered the Opera, and the tickets were not purchased here!!!)

We had a bad day, the staff told us that the tickets we have were good only for the audio guide, so we bought two entrance tickets on site for 15 euros each, however when tried to get the audio guide we were told the tickets are not valid.

You need to read the application details carefully. I booked thinking that I could borrow the official audio guide at Garnier without checking, but I was wrong. You can't borrow the local audio guide. The staff told me that they only accept reservations made through the official website. The official one has pictures, but this one only sends you a link to the audio guide by email. The place is very beautiful and worth visiting.
