Pre-Departure Notice

* We will contact you between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure via the contact information you provided. If you do not receive the information, please check your email, including your spam folder. During peak season, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive any departure information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

* If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 18:00 local time the day before departure and notify you by email.

Seating and Vehicle

• This is a shared group tour. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please specify any special requests in the remarks, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The type of vehicle used depends on the number of participants and cannot be specified. When the number of participants is small, a driver may also serve as a tour escort, and the explanation will be relatively brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional charges will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000–¥10,000 per hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, or other circumstances. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
• In the event of weather or force majeure causing cable cars, cruises, or other facilities to be suspended, alternative attractions will be visited, or the length of stay will be adjusted.
• No refunds will be given for late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting points, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group shall be borne by the individual.

Seasons and Scenery

• In winter, in the event of special circumstances such as highway closures or restricted access to scenic areas, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway.
• It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* The tour does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please register prudently according to your health condition.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and the traveler will also need to bear the return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods such as Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or early closing of attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
