Pre-Departure Notice
* We will contact you via the contact information you provided between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive the information, please check your email. Emails may sometimes be mistakenly filtered into the spam folder. During peak travel season, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive the travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance at the scheduled meeting time on the day of travel and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
* If the minimum group size is not reached, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 18:00 local time the day before departure and notify you by email.
Seats and Vehicles
- This is a shared tour, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
- The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of people, and specific vehicle types cannot be requested. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be briefer.
- If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, you will be required to pay compensation according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustments and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stops, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, or other circumstances. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- If cable cars, cruises, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of the stay will be adjusted.
- Fees will not be refunded for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group will be borne by the individual.
Seasons and Scenery
- In winter, if expressways are closed or scenic areas restrict entry due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for late arrivals, and you cannot join the tour midway.
- It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.
* The itinerary does not include personal travel or accident insurance, so it is recommended to purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks, so please register cautiously based on your health condition.
* If the itinerary is forced to be中止 due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will also have to bear the cost of returning or additional accommodation themselves.
* During Japanese red holidays and weekend travel peaks, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early, so it is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that night, and to bring your own light food and charging devices.
